How can AI access it?
What an assistant can say is capped by what it can reach. Information can be accurate, owned and perfectly structured and still be invisible, because nothing exposes it in a form an assistant can retrieve at the moment it is answering.
This is the pillar organisations skip. It is also the one that decides whether the previous four produce any change at all in what a traveller is told.
What to identify
Where to look first
- What is reachable today, and by whom.
- What sits behind a login, a booking engine or a PDF and cannot be retrieved.
- Which of your systems hold the answer but publish nothing.
- What should deliberately stay private, and how it is answered instead.

Four questions worth answering honestly
- Can an assistant retrieve your current information without a person in the loop?
- Is anything authoritative locked inside a system with no readable surface?
- Have you decided what should never be publicly reachable?
- When information changes, how long until what is reachable changes with it?

Where organisations usually sit

- Incidental. Some information is reachable, but not by design.
- Published. Key information is deliberately made available and kept current.
