1. Scope

These terms cover the public website only. Access to VIOOW®, Tripicon Concierge or any other Tripicon product or service is governed by the agreement under which it is provided, which prevails over these terms if they differ.

2. Information, not advice

The website describes what Tripicon and VIOOW do. It is general information about our products and services. It is not legal, financial, technical or professional advice, and it is not an offer capable of acceptance. Any engagement is subject to a separate written agreement.

3. Illustrative content

Dashboards, screens, scores, findings, market data, traveller questions, answers and organisations shown on the website are illustrative. They demonstrate how the platform works. They are not live accounts, do not describe any real organisation unless expressly stated, and should not be relied on as measurements or as statements of fact about any destination, business or AI system.

References to third-party AI assistants and platforms, including ChatGPT, Copilot, Gemini, Claude and Perplexity, and to products such as Microsoft Entra ID, Azure OpenAI and Azure AI Search, describe interoperability or the market context. They do not imply endorsement, partnership or affiliation, and those names are the trademarks of their respective owners.

4. Intellectual property

The website and its content, including text, design, graphics, screens, diagrams, code and the arrangement of them, are owned by or licensed to Tripicon Pty Ltd and protected by copyright and other laws. You may view the website and print or download extracts for your own reference. You may not otherwise reproduce, distribute, modify, frame, scrape or create derivative works from the website without our written permission.

TRIPICON® and VIOOW® are registered trademarks of Tripicon Pty Ltd in Australia. Other names and logos on the website are trademarks of their owners. Nothing on the website grants you any licence to use a trademark.

5. Acceptable use

• Do not use the website unlawfully, or in a way that could damage, disable or impair it or interfere with anyone else’s use.
• Do not attempt to gain unauthorised access to the website, its hosting or any connected system.
• Do not submit through our forms information that is false, misleading, infringing, unlawful or that you do not have the right to share.
• Automated access is permitted for search engines and AI assistants that respect our robots.txt. Bulk scraping for commercial reuse is not.

6. Enquiries and forms

Information you send us through the website is handled as described in our privacy notice. Submitting a form does not create a contract; we will come back to you to discuss scope and terms.

7. Third-party websites

The website links to sites we do not operate, including vioow.ai and the sites of our hosting and analytics providers. We are not responsible for their content or their handling of your information. Your use of them is at your own risk and subject to their terms.

8. Availability and changes

We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of the website at any time without notice, and we may update these terms by publishing a new version here. Continued use after a change means you accept it. We try to keep the website accurate and available but do not promise that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or current.

9. Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any guarantee, right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other law that cannot lawfully be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, the website is provided as is; we exclude all other warranties; and Tripicon Pty Ltd is not liable for any loss or damage, including indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, data or opportunity, arising from your use of or reliance on the website or its content. Where liability cannot be excluded but can be limited, it is limited to resupplying the relevant service or paying the cost of doing so.

10. Indemnity

You indemnify Tripicon Pty Ltd against any claim, loss or expense arising from your breach of these terms or your misuse of the website.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. You and we submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales and the courts of appeal from them. If any part of these terms is unenforceable, the rest continues to apply.
